List Rules — TCG Cards & Games
Selling your cards to us? Awesome. Before you submit your buy list, please read the rules below to make sure everything goes smoothly.
General Rules
- All buy list submissions must be approved before shipping any cards.
- Prices are locked in at the time of submission for 48 hours.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices if cards arrive in a different condition than listed.
Shipping Your Cards
- Sellers are responsible for all shipping costs to us.
- Cards must be packaged safely: sleeves + toploaders or team bags + bubble mailer.
- Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
Card Condition Requirements
We follow standard TCG condition guidelines:
- Near Mint (NM)
- Lightly Played (LP)
- Moderately Played (MP)
- Heavily Played (HP)
- Damaged
Cards submitted in a lower condition than declared will be re‑priced or rejected.
Cards We Do Not Accept
- Fake or counterfeit cards
- Marked, altered, or water‑damaged cards
- Cards with writing, stickers, or major creases
- Bulk commons/uncommons unless specifically listed
Payment
- Payments are issued within 3–5 business days after your cards are received and verified.
- Payment methods: e‑transfer, or store credit (store credit may include a bonus).
- Incorrect submissions or missing items may delay payment.
Rejected Cards
If any cards are rejected:
- You may choose to have them returned at your expense, or
- We can dispose of them for you.
Unclaimed rejected cards after 14 days are considered forfeited.
Fair Play Policy
We expect honesty in condition grading and card authenticity. Any attempt to submit counterfeit or intentionally misgraded cards may result in a permanent ban from selling.
